A is for…
For any of you that have been following my @Alispangle instagram account you wont fail to notice my current A is for… photographic project. Each day I’ve been posting a photograph I have taken of a letter ‘A’ I have encountered. When asked by Mike Bradshaw of Stogursey Arts Festival to make a tree for their Christmas Tree exhibition it was only natural I made an ‘A’ shaped tree with the bourbles being some of my beautiful A’s I posted online.
There are some other very novel and beautiful trees on display, pictured here are some of my favourites including by sculpture Melanie Deegan and painter Jenny Barron and a very fine piece by Stogursey Photographic Society. Very clever!
The display was open to the public in the very beautiful St Andrews Church Stogursey over the Christmas holidays.
