Mural Painting in a bird hide at WWT Steart Marshes

Cows and Egrets are a favourite of mine so when I was asked to paint a mural in the Quantock Hide at WWT Steart I was very pleased. My painting feaures the Old English Longhorn Cattle that you often see at Steart with their wonky horns accompanied by Cattle Egrets who feed side by side with the cows.

Big thanks as ever for WWT Steart Marshes for this opportunity to work in this beautiful place and thanks to the visitors to Dragonfly day who joined in and had a go at painting with me. I hope all the visitors to the bird hides enjoy my painting and get a chance to see these wonderful cows and birds for real in the reserve.
