Animal Magic at the Doctors
A trip down memory lane for me this week as I hung some of my animal work from 2008 in the waiting room of Quantock Medical Centre in Nether Stowey. Practice Manager Helen Stacey visited my studio at East Quay Watchet, we got chatting about my animal work and before I knew it she had invited me to show the work at her surgery. The green canvases certainly give the room a lift and the animal studies certainly look at home there. These paintings were made during my photorealistic phase whilst I was living nearby in Steart.
